A training and coaching package was implemented for the staff of the University of Eastern Finland in spring 2024 regarding the anticipation, acute care and resolution of challenging encounters. The package lasted the entire spring and consisted of four different meetings. The average of all feedback on a scale of 1-5 was 4.68. Here is one reference sentence from the open feedback given:
"This has been the most useful and important training of my career so far, providing concrete ways to anticipate and deal with challenging situations. This training would be useful for every teacher and it would be important for the entire school staff to receive the same training."

Roteva ® Safety Training
Roteva ® safety training is a training aimed at educational workers, which makes working with children and young people safer. The training is based on the management of stress reactions, dialogue and effective and safe physical restraint techniques and tactics. Safety training is suitable for workers in child protection, teaching and education.
The training can also be tailored for other human relations workers, such as emergency care, customer service, etc.
Roteva ® Safety Training and Use of Force Training for Safety Professionals
Roteva Coach organizes use-of-force training for security guards and orderlies as part of the qualification requirements required by law.
In addition to the official use of force training part, the fundamentals of Roteva ® safety training (2–3 hours) organized in connection with the training provides concrete tools for strengthening professional well-being, anticipating challenging situations, and managing and resolving them.

Coaching Leadership
Deep Lead® is a training program based on scientific research developed in Finland, which improves work efficiency and job satisfaction. The coaching process consists of group coaching, learning tasks, 360° feedback collected from the operating environment and personal coaching meetings.
The Management Team Profile tool is used for management team coaching. In the coaching process, a clear and feasible plan is created to achieve the stated goals. Reaching the goal can also be supported with personal coaching.
Work Place Counseling
Job guidance deals with challenges related to work, the employee and the work community, with the support of an external supervisor.
